They did a really good job!

Blew a tire on my way to pick up a load—because apparently my truck decided I had too much free time that day. These guys got me in quick, changed my tire, and had me back on the road without taking half my day or half my paycheck. I was impressed enough that after I got loaded, I actually came BACK—which says a lot for a repair shop. They replaced the tire and did alignment work with some seriously impressive equipment. Super knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and affordable. They’re a full-service truck shop with tires, computer diagnostics, engine and transmission work, alignment, and a truck wash. Plus, the owner has the truck stop with a 24-hour Mexican restaurant—and the food was great. So at least my blown tire came with tacos. Definitely a shop worth remembering!

This place is bs!!!! I pulled in to get a trailer washout. I asked how much they said pull in and we will let you know. Then I ask for a deodorizer and the girl at the register tells me they don’t use that just bleach. Ok fine I added the bleach it was $85. Then I’m watching the guys “wash” my trailer ….there is NO SOAP!!!! I asked yall don’t use soap and they all look at me like I have 6 heads. Don’t go here these kids don’t know what they are doing!!!

They do a great job here. I like coming here to get my truck washed because they wash the tractor n trailer, then they run the brushes down the side of tractor and Trailer. I t comes out clean n shiny. The wash out is good too. I hauled onions and needed to wash out and add chemicals to take the smell out. I had bought my own cleaner and gave the the guy to use and here sprayed out the Trailer before washing it for me great job. Great customer service from girls in the office. Worth going out of my way to get it washed here!

I was unfortunately very disappointed with my experience at 365 Truck Wash & Repair. The wash cost over $75, and when my truck came out it honestly looked dirtier than before. Once the truck dried, there were water spots all over the truck, which makes me think the water being used may have been very hard. The back of the truck also looked like the dirt had simply been pushed around rather than properly washed off, and even under the hood there was still visible dirt. I’ve included photos and a video showing the spotting and leftover dirt after the wash. On a positive note, the parking lot was spacious and clean. There was also an older gentleman who came out to do the tires, and he was very kind and took the time to shine the rims, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience at the service desk was not great, as the ladies working there were not very friendly. For the price charged, I expected a much better wash and overall level of service. Because of this experience, I will not be returning or recommending this location to others.
